Walk a Thon for Meals on Wheels Program
Fund Raiser held each year to benefit the Franklin County Meals on Wheels Program which is run by LifePath.
Our church participates by collecting monetary donations (this year our total was over $600) and walking the course at GCC with hundreds of others.
Many elderly depend on this program,,not just for a balanced daily meal but also a much needed welfare check. This program allows seniors to remain in their homes knowing that a meal will be coming thru the door by a caring volunteer.
